Sending us your logo
A quick guide to the artwork that displays best on our sponsor wall, so your brand looks as sharp as it should.
The short version
Send us an SVG if you have one. It is a vector file, so it stays perfectly sharp at any size and the file is tiny. If you do not have one, a PNG with a transparent background is the next best thing.
Sizes
If you are sending a PNG, please send it at these sizes or larger. Anything smaller will look soft on high-resolution screens.
| Sponsorship level | Minimum PNG size |
|---|---|
| Headline sponsors | 1080 × 300px |
| Event sponsors | 400 × 120px |
| Supporting sponsors | 336 × 100px |
These are double the size the logos actually display at, which is what keeps them looking crisp on modern screens and phones.
Please make sure your logo is
- Landscape where possible. The logo boxes are wider than they are tall, so horizontal versions of a logo use the space far better than stacked ones.
- Trimmed to the artwork. If there is built-in white space around the edges of the file, your logo ends up rendering smaller than everyone else's.
- Full colour or dark, rather than white. The logos sit on a white panel, so an all-white logo disappears completely. If white is your only version, please send a colour or dark alternative.
- Transparent, not boxed. A transparent background lets the logo sit cleanly on the panel.
Best avoided
- JPEGs — they cannot hold transparency, so they always arrive with a white or coloured box around them that cannot be removed.
- PDF and EPS files — fine for print, but they need converting before they can go on a website.
- Logos copied out of PowerPoint, Word or a screenshot — these are usually low resolution and look blurry once placed.
Not sure what you have?
Send us whatever you have got and we will take a look. If it is not quite right we will tell you what to ask your marketing team for — and in most cases we can sort it out for you.
Need your artwork sorting properly?
Plenty of companies only have their logo as a picture from a website or a slide deck, with no original artwork left anywhere. If that sounds familiar, we work with an approved branding partner who can put it right, at a discounted rate for our sponsors.
- Logo preparation. We rebuild your existing logo as proper vector artwork and hand back a transparent version at the right size, ready for this website and anywhere else you need it.
- A full set of brand files. If you have never had your logo supplied properly, they can produce the lot — every format and size for print, social media and web, on a private page you can download from whenever you need it.
Just drop Caroline a line and she will put you in touch.
Where to send it
Email your artwork, along with the web address you would like your logo to link to, to caroline@toptierconnex.com.
Logos appear on the sponsors page grouped by sponsorship level, in the order signed contracts are received.
